Internal sales representative teams needed a centralized platform to manage their meeting activities and resources.

To address this need, we developed an internal meeting portal that guides participants through all pre-meeting, during-meeting, and post-meeting activities.

This streamlined access to meeting resources and tasks delivered faster learning and collaboration within teams.

Portal was built to provide both participant and team manager access with full analytics access allowing the manager to track their teams during the meetings.

Complete meeting portal structure was created and all interactions tested via functioning prototypes before final development by internal teams
