During the early testing and market launch phase of Compass Control, installers expressed a need for more customizable interfaces.

In response, a fully editable interface was developed. This interface, accessible through the PC software Compass Navigator™, allows for building and customizing interfaces directly. Previously unavailable features and interactions can now be built and implemented quickly, changes or updates can now b eperformed remotely.

The second major advancement involved building a design system for third-party hardware and software modules.
